Tanggung Jawab
- Source, vet, and build relationships with qualified suppliers for medical equipment, consumables, and operational supplies
- Negotiate favorable contracts, payment terms, and pricing structures to optimize procurement budgets
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and import/export documentation for critical supplies
- Monitor procurement KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing practices
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and department heads to align procurement strategies with operational needs
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost reduction opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience in healthcare or medical services preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable supplier agreements
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management
