In this critical role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials, equipment, and services, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency without compromising quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle procurement process including RFQs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategic sourcing options
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems
- Coordinate with production departments to align material procurement schedules
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing, and sustainability standards
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
- Knowledge of local procurement regulations and compliance standards
