Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from purchase requisition to final delivery and payment processing.
- Identify and vet potential suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to maximize value.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve discrepancies in shipments or invoicing.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for management regarding spending trends and cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Solid understanding of local and international procurement regulations and contract law.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with diverse vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
