Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure pharmaceutical products, equipment, and supplies from approved vendors
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers while maintaining quality standards
- Manage procurement documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and compliance records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for optimal stock management
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies
- Collaborate with finance department for budget tracking and cost control initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or related field
- Experience as Pharmacy Technician or Procurement Assistant preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain regulations and compliance standards
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a regulated healthcare environment
