Join Shopee's dynamic Business Development and Partnerships team as a Procurement Officer, where you'll drive strategic vendor relationships and acquisition opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship optimization
- Research and evaluate potential business partners to align with Shopee's strategic goals
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs to secure favorable partnerships
- Analyze market trends to identify new procurement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define vendor requirements and KPIs
- Develop and implement vendor management frameworks for quality assurance
- Lead periodic vendor audits and performance reviews
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement or vendor management experience in e-commerce/tech
- Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate business opportunities
- Experience managing vendor relationships in cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
