Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily procurement activities, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track lead times, confirm deliveries, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Perform regular operational reporting to monitor key procurement KPIs and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Support the enablement of procurement software and internal systems to improve departmental efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external supply chain partners.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sourcing activities and supplier agreements.
- Assist in the periodic evaluation of supplier performance and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP or procurement software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational reports and metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
