Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring compliance with global procurement policies.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze procurement data and spend reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate master data records in the ERP system to ensure procurement transparency.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and inquiries from internal departments in a timely manner.
- Support the implementation of new procurement technologies and automated workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
