Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to final delivery and payment processing.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to maintain a consistent and high-quality supply chain.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize cost-efficiency and value.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of goods.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation, reports, and purchase orders.
- Ensure all purchasing activities strictly comply with company policies, local regulations, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
