Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle from creation to payment processing
- Conduct RFQ processes and evaluate supplier proposals for optimal value
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with key suppliers
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply chain disruptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and stock rotation
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and relationship management
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years procurement experience in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in cost reduction
- Excellent analytical abilities for supplier evaluation and market research
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
