Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
