- Manage end-to-end procurement process for construction materials and services
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers through competitive bidding
- Develop and negotiate contracts ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strategic vendor relationships
- Analyze market trends and pricing for construction materials
- Collaborate with project teams to align procurement with operational needs
- Implement procurement best practices and process improvements
- Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years procurement experience with construction materials/services focus
- Expertise in competitive bidding, RFQ/RFP processes, and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills for cost analysis and market trend evaluation
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- CIPS or relevant procurement certification preferred
- Knowledge of Philippine construction industry standards and regulations
