- Execute end‑to‑end procurement activities for local and cross‑border purchases, including requisition, supplier selection, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Conduct thorough market research and supplier analysis to identify qualified vendors, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, delivery, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (production, finance, and logistics) to align procurement strategies with operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, generate reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings and lead times.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to drive innovation within the procurement function.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, cost modeling, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and cross‑border trade documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
