Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods.
- Analyze purchasing requirements and execute purchase orders in alignment with inventory needs and budget constraints.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize cost-savings and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and track supply chain performance, identifying potential bottlenecks or supply shortages.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including warehouse and operations, to streamline procurement workflows.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases for audit and reporting purposes.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, material pricing, and alternative supply sources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of integrity regarding vendor selection and contract management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting and communicate across different levels of the organization.
