Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for technical goods and services.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely resolution of supply chain discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain comprehensive records of procurement documentation, contracts, and vendor agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure adherence to Jungheinrich’s quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Participate in regional projects aimed at improving procurement workflows and digitalizing supply chain operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multicultural teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Knowledge of local and international trade regulations and procurement best practices.
