Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet organizational requirements for goods and services.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, inventory logs, and contract documentation.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and streamline supply chain processes.
- Resolve vendor disputes and manage order discrepancies efficiently to ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make cost-effective decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP software or inventory management systems.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of local market trends and logistics regulations within Metro Manila.
- Ability to maintain strong professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
