Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies to meet company goals.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential new supply sources to ensure competitive pricing.
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance standards are met.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong commitment to ethical sourcing and corporate compliance policies.
