Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order management.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize turnover.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality compliance, and timely delivery.
- Utilize SAP systems to track procurement activities, analyze data, and generate accurate reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement strategies with production schedules.
- Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to ISO quality standards and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative material sources.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP software is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English and Malay (proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset).
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO quality management systems and industrial compliance.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in the Kulim Hi-Tech Park area.
