- Identify, evaluate, and source suppliers for raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure the best value for the company.
- Manage and maintain relationships with current vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare, review, and process purchase orders (POs) and invoices accurately.
- Analyze market data to forecast procurement needs and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand production requirements and timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make sound financial decisions.
- Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is highly preferred.
