Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, sourcing, negotiation, and order placement.
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure high-quality goods and services at competitive rates.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and payment conditions.
- Monitor market trends and inventory levels to optimize stock management and reduce carrying costs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their specific procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, invoices, and vendor data in the ERP system.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast procurement needs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
