As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage end-to-end purchasing processes, cultivate strong relationships with vendors, and optimize our cost structure. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including canvassing, price negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Source and onboard reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads to forecast supply needs.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on lead time, quality standards, and service reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of all procurement activities and contracts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process payments and ensure compliance with budget allocations.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or operational timelines.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and price fluctuations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics roles.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in vendor relations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
