- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and quality
- Develop and maintain procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with terms and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for timely delivery
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with finance to manage procurement budgets
- Implement procurement process improvements and digital tools
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
