In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our AsPac direct materials sourcing strategy, ensuring that our operations remain efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Asia-Pacific region to optimize supply chain performance, mitigate risks, and foster long-term strategic relationships with key suppliers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for direct materials across the AsPac region.
- Drive significant cost savings through strategic negotiation, volume consolidation, and process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through KPIs to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and safety standards.
- Ensure full compliance with BP global procurement policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to enhance lead times and reliability.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, bridging the gap between local operations and regional procurement goals.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide actionable intelligence for future sourcing decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within a multinational manufacturing or energy environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex vendor contracts and large-scale supply chain projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is considered a strong advantage.
