Tanggung Jawab
- Execute procurement strategies to support project and operational needs across the region.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from requisition to delivery and invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain and improve relationships with key vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of international trade laws and customs regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
