Match Makers Agency is proud to represent an exclusive developer seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to lead the supply chain for a premium villa project in Bali.
In this critical, hands-on role, you will own the entire procurement lifecycle. Your primary mission boils down to three pillars: Source premium materials (from local artisan stone to specialized international finishes), negotiate hard to maximize value without ever compromising on the exceptional quality standards, and control deliveries across Bali's complex logistical landscape. You will be the key intermediary between project designers, site supervisors, and global suppliers.
The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in construction procurement within the Indonesian hospitality or high-end residential sectors. Experience directly managing villa project procurement in Bali is a significant advantage. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional attention to detail, a robust ethical compass for vendor selection, and the resilience to drive the best outcomes for the project. You will report directly to the Project Director.

Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end sourcing and procurement of all construction materials, finishes, and FF&E specific to the luxury villa project scope.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, evaluate, and onboard new local and international suppliers.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure the best possible terms, pricing, and delivery schedules while maintaining strict budget control.
- Manage procurement workflows, including purchase orders, invoicing, and logistics tracking using ERP software.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and architects to align procurement schedules with construction milestones.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of material trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply availability in the Bali region.
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, addressing quality or delivery issues proactively to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, specifically within the construction industry, ideally in high-end residential or hospitality projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing procurement for villa or resort projects in Bali is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accumatica, or similar).
- Deep understanding of the local Bali market, regulations, and vendor landscape.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple supplier relationships simultaneously.
