You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative procurement strategies while maintaining cost efficiency and vendor compliance. The position offers hybrid flexibility with occasional on-site requirements in our Bonifacio Global City office, providing exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure projects in the Philippines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for multidisciplinary projects
- Source and evaluate suppliers across manufacturing, logistics, and engineering sectors
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost and value
- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on project-specific procurement needs
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing, logistics, or construction
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Knowledge of Philippine procurement regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English communication skills
