Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and budget constraints
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and quality standards
- Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement documentation
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement requirements and specifications
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or energy sector
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
