- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize purchasing terms
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including requisition, ordering, and invoice verification
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement requirements
- Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics sector
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
