Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for marine and truck fuel spare parts, ensuring all orders meet quality and timeline requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to secure the best prices and quality for spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand part requirements and translate them into accurate purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, stock levels, and supplier performance metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 quality and safety standards during all procurement operations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to optimize costs and payment schedules.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing for marine and automotive parts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the marine, automotive, or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with spare parts specifications for ships (marine) and trucks is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ISO quality management systems (ISO 9001/45001) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
