Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase requisitions, orders, and supplier coordination
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost optimization targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to maintain quality standards
- Process purchase orders accurately and track fulfillment to meet operational deadlines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain procurement documentation and records in compliance with company policies
- Handle escalations related to supply chain issues and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and procurement software systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Experience working with global suppliers and cross-cultural teams is a plus
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered
