Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire procurement lifecycle for manufacturing partners, from onboarding to performance evaluation.
- Monitor and enforce supplier compliance with international quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with key stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of supplier performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure supply chain continuity.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying potential disruptions and developing contingency strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supplier auditing processes, compliance frameworks, and procurement best practices.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage high-stakes supplier relationships.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
