You will handle end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing quality vendors to managing purchase orders and maintaining healthy supplier relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely availability of goods and services.
- Source, screen, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure all documentation aligns with internal company policies and budget requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast material needs.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, logs, and database entries to facilitate efficient auditing.
- Support the finance team by reconciling invoices and resolving discrepancies in supply deliveries.
- Participate in periodic price benchmarking to ensure cost-efficiency across all procurement categories.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (experience in hospitality is a plus).
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost-saving and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain professional vendor relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Prigen, Jawa Timur.
