Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimize costs and supplier performance across manufacturing and logistics operations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging supplier trends in the Malaysian and regional markets
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value proposition for the organization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless procurement processes
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Implement procurement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
- Manage procurement timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support production schedules
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks while maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management roles
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working in manufacturing or logistics industries is preferred
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Malaysian procurement regulations and industry best practices
