Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and streamline daily procurement operations to ensure the timely acquisition of raw materials and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs without compromising quality or lead times.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the procurement team to ensure departmental KPIs are met.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with local and international suppliers.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and maintain a robust database of reliable supply partners.
- Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams to forecast demand and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and government regulations regarding trade and procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable procurement strategies.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures in the Philippines is highly advantageous.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent) is a significant plus.
