Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, from vendor selection and tender management to contract negotiation and final procurement.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure strict adherence to quality, delivery schedules, and service level agreements.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and local/international vendors.
- Supervise a team of procurement officers, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to mitigate risks and secure favorable procurement terms.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate procurement policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the Mining, Energy, or Heavy Industry sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
