Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate procurement activities across departments
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
- Manage procurement budgets and provide regular reports on procurement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with procurement software and systems
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
