OceanaGold, a globally recognized leader in the mining industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Makati City on a 2-year fixed-term basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring the efficiency of logistics operations, and maintaining the highest standards of supply chain integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition processing to contract fulfillment and delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and supply chain metrics to drive continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure seamless movement of materials and equipment.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with corporate procurement guidelines and safety protocols.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and budget forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage large-scale vendor portfolios.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
