Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services, ensuring strict alignment with operational requirements and strategic goals.
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors to achieve significant cost savings and improve contract performance.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee the budgeting process for procurement activities, tracking expenditures and identifying areas for continuous cost reduction.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices in supply chain management.
- Conduct regular market research and supplier evaluations to identify new opportunities and innovative materials that can enhance our operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of procurement staff, providing necessary training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within the mining or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and negotiating complex contracts effectively.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and modern procurement software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
