You'll lead strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize vendor relationships, and implement cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement operations including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Lead a team of procurement professionals to achieve KPIs in cost savings and delivery timelines
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for raw materials and logistics services
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure supply chain continuity
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement optimizations for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in vendor management
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, or logistics industry preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification advantageous
