- Maintain day-to-day supplier operations in strict alignment with procurement policies and processes
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and relationship management activities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements
- Resolve operational issues and discrepancies through collaborative stakeholder engagement
- Implement process improvements to enhance supplier efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Generate performance reports and analytics for strategic decision-making
- Support cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supplier operations
- Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certifications in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) are highly advantageous
