Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to meet production demands while optimizing cost-effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with domestic and international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Analyze procurement performance metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and streamline operational workflows.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize supply disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with overall organizational objectives and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal procurement policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of ERP software and advanced inventory management systems.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
