Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition verification, purchase order issuance, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain accurate supplier databases and ensure all vendor documentation is up to date and compliant with company policy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify supply requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of goods and services.
- Perform regular market research to monitor price trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Resolve any discrepancies in invoices, shipping documents, or delivery schedules promptly.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for management regarding spending trends and supplier performance.
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms with vendors to ensure the best possible value for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support roles.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team-player mindset.
- Knowledge of local market suppliers and manufacturing/logistics regulations in the Philippines.
