We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product & Advisoy Specialist to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
In this role, you will play a critical part in both product development and client advisory. You will work closely with our product team to enhance our ESG software solutions, ensuring they are aligned with the latest standards and client needs. Simultaneously, you will provide expert guidance to clients on climate resilience strategies, carbon footprint management, and sustainability reporting. Your contributions will directly help businesses strengthen their resilience, mitigate environmental risks, and achieve their sustainability goals.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience in ESG consulting or product management. Familiarity with global sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and UN SDGs is highly advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential.
We offer a competitive monthly salary of ₱27,000 – ₱30,000, comprehensive benefits, and a full-time work arrangement. Tanggung Jawab
- Advise clients on ESG strategy, climate risk assessment, and resilience planning to drive sustainable outcomes.
- Collaborate with product development teams to design and enhance ESG-focused software solutions that meet market demands.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and frameworks to inform the product roadmap.
- Support client onboarding and training on our product suite, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Perform carbon footprint calculations, lifecycle assessments, and impact measurement for client projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technical support to align product offerings with client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in ESG consulting, corporate sustainability, or product management.
- Knowledge of global ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UN SDGs) and climate science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with ESG software platforms or product lifecycle management is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
