PT Airpro Fragrances Indonesia is looking for a charismatic and results-driven Product Ambassador to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. As the face of Airpro, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and boosting direct sales for our world-class car fragrance collection.
In this role, you won't just be selling a product; you will be creating sensory experiences for our customers. You will manage high-traffic retail activations, provide live product demonstrations, and ensure that every customer walks away with a memorable impression of the Airpro brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales targets and promotional activities at designated retail outlets.
- Provide engaging, high-quality product demonstrations and sampling sessions to potential customers.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively communicate brand value and USP.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to report back to the management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and floor staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and fully stocked.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs through proactive customer engagement.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, promotional events, or customer service.
- Proven ability to approach, engage, and persuade customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Well-groomed appearance and high level of professionalism.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours, including weekends.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
