Tanggung Jawab
- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces (UI) and engaging user experiences (UX) for banking digital products.
- Develop visually striking graphic content for marketing campaigns, including social media assets, brochures, and digital banners.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines across all product and marketing touchpoints.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and development handoff.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various digital platforms and banking applications.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and best practices within the fintech and financial industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product or graphic design, preferably within the fintech or banking industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Figma or Sketch).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible visual narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital products and high-quality graphic design work.
