Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and sales teams on product applications
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training materials
- Conduct product testing and validation in real-world industrial scenarios
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend optimal product solutions
- Collaborate with R&D to address application challenges and improve product performance
- Prepare technical documentation including application notes and case studies
- Monitor market trends and competitor applications to identify product enhancement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product application or technical support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and analytical tools
- Knowledge of industrial standards and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
