In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge medical products and the healthcare professionals who rely on them.
As a Product Application Specialist, you will not only introduce and promote our innovative product portfolio but also serve as a trusted advisor to clinics and hospitals. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, ensuring seamless implementation, and providing world-class after-sales support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively introduce and promote the company’s medical product portfolio to healthcare institutions in the Bicol Region.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of all product lines and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and installation of medical equipment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any health-related field.
- Proven experience in medical equipment sales or product application is a distinct advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
- High level of integrity, professional presence, and service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the Bicol Region for client visits.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fresh graduates with a strong medical or science background and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
