Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise assembly of electronic and mechanical product components according to production blueprints.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure all products meet company safety and performance standards.
- Operate production line equipment efficiently to maintain output targets and minimize downtime.
- Document production progress, material usage, and quality check results accurately in the reporting system.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to identify process improvements and ensure workspace safety.
- Manage inventory handling, including the movement and organization of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina to perform assembly tasks that may require standing for extended periods.
- Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, assembly instructions, and safety manuals.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects in product components.
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with teammates and management.
- Willingness to work in the East region and adapt to shift schedules if required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational protocols.
