Nippon Paint, the leading paint manufacturer in Asia, is looking for a dynamic Product & Colour Consultant to join our team in Surabaya. As a key representative of our brand, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on paint selection, colour matching, and interior styling.
In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our retail success by building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring they choose the perfect Nippon Paint solutions for their homes and projects. We are looking for high-energy individuals who enjoy active field work, possess strong communication skills, and are driven to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers in retail environments to identify their painting needs and project requirements.
- Provide expert product recommendations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the Nippon Paint product range.
- Demonstrate colour matching and colour selection expertise to assist customers in achieving their desired home aesthetics.
- Achieve and surpass individual monthly sales targets through consistent and proactive sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, seasonal promotions, and industry trends to better serve our clientele.
- Manage point-of-sale activities and maintain the tidiness and visual standards of the Nippon Paint product display areas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, home improvement, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade customers.
- A proactive "go-getter" attitude with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Presentable appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role within retail stores in the Surabaya area.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service excellence.
