Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop tailored product recommendations based on client requirements and market trends

- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (D3/S1 equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail or consumer product consulting
- Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with Papua's local market dynamics preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
