Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate sell-out sales targets for individual sales consultants on a daily and weekly basis.
- Provide actionable insights and coaching to improve team sales performance and product knowledge.
- Analyze retail market trends and consumer buying behavior to recommend product positioning strategies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional engagement in all retail interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, inventory movement, and store productivity for management.
- Collaborate with store managers to resolve operational challenges and optimize the point-of-sale experience.
- Ensure that all product displays and promotional activities align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, consumer electronics, or FMCG environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performance team.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets) for reporting purposes.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
